ADHD COACHING

What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD Coaching is coaching designed for individuals experiencing focusing issues, those diagnosed with ADHD, and/or parents of children diagnosed with ADHD.

During our sessions, you will uncover your strengths, values, goals, and beliefs. We will then determine which are working for you and which are not. We will discuss the limiting beliefs and negative talk that may have proven to be obstacles that have limited your success in the past.
You will develop management tools and supports that will enable you to deal with obstacles that may come in your way in the future.

We will work on scheduling, goal setting, confidence b
uilding, organizing, focusing, prioritizing and completing tasks.
We will develop managing tools and supports that will enable you to deal with obstacles that may arise. Each week we will discuss your progress, your failures and successes. You will develop advanced methods of accountability and responsibility which will move you closer to your dreams.

B
y combining coaching skills, knowledge of ADHD, and providing support, structure, and accountability, the coaching process will enable you to develop strategies that will empower you to move closer to your dreams and goals.

If you think that coaching may be for you call for a complementary session.
